Our Normal Turn Around Time is 24hrs. We also deliver Super Rush Orders in 8hr/12hr Turn Around Time with a few extra charges.
Depending on  the complexity of the design we have also arranged to return orders back in 1 hour on special requests. This is what we say helping our clients out of the box understanding their urgent requirements.

YES, we have a standardised system of quality checking the design before sending back completed to the client. ORDERS at us are thoroughly checked with the below MAJOR ERRORS which could cause a HUGE PRODUCTION LOSS to the client.

• SM – SPELLING MISTAKE
• MD – MISSING DETAILS
• WCU – WRONG COLOUR USED
• DNF – DIRECTIONS NOT FOLLOWED
• IDS – INCORRECT DESIGN SIZE
• IDU– INCORRECT DENSITY USED
• UM – UNDERLAYERS MISSING
• TM – TIE IN/TIE OFF’s MISSING
• ASM– AUTO START-END MISSING

YES, you will be given an individual login to our work processing application system where you will have all the details regarding your orders. The system will also help you to place orders through your computer/laptops/tablets/mobile devices. Each order will be assigned with a unique coding to make you easy to track your order at us in any stage whenever you need the status.

YES, you will be provided with our UK TOLLFREE number in case you need to call us for your urgent queries.

We have been working on a stable FLAT RATE PRICING since last 6+ years. We understand your 3 important requirements quality, reasonable pricing & fastest turnaround times.

NO, as we said not all things are measured by rules and standards at us,
if there’s anything less time-consuming work for us we will surely be doing this for you FREE OF CHARGE !!!

Take an example of a hundred designs in a month of an average 10000sts per design:
Eg: 1) 100 designs x avg.100,00sts = 1,000,000sts / £1.00 per 1000sts = 1000sts x £1.00 = £1000.00 + Taxes*

Eg: 2) 100 designs x £6.00 = £600.00 + £36.00 {6% PayPal Charges (ONLY if you are paying by PayPal)} = £636.00 + 0% TAXFREE
CONGRATULATIONS !!! YOU SAVED £364.00 and could use them for more 60 Regular Size Designs.

Eg: 3) 100 designs x £6.00 = £600.00 + £0.00 {0% If you are paying by Direct Bank Transfers} = £600.00 + 0% TAXFREE
CONGRATULATIONS !!! YOU SAVED £400.00 and could use them for more 66 Regular Size Designs.

YES, we have a bunch of deals for you when the market is at its Peak Time OR Real Slow.

On completion of the current month, an invoice will be generated and sent to you on the 1st day of next month.
The payment is expected to be paid within 5 days of the next month.
Eg: Your billing for January will be generated and sent to you on 1st Feb and would be expected to pay this by or before 5th February.

YES, we are not running a Charity Trust here, hence, after the 5th of each month, an additional late fee of £2.00 will be charged per day until the dues are paid 100% including the late fee amount.
